When you submit a Request a Quote or use our contact form, we ask for your name, email address, WhatsApp number, company name, country, and your message. We don't sell or share any of these — they're only used to contact you about your enquiry.
Why we collect it
We collect this data for one reason only: to respond to your enquiry and discuss the products you're interested in. If you didn't reach out, we don't store anything about you.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry until the conversation is closed — either we've completed an order together, you've told us you're no longer interested, or you've asked us to delete your record.
Who we share it with
We don't share your data with any third parties. Your details stay between you and the ExpoGate team. We don't sell mailing lists, run analytics that profile you, or use ad networks.
